Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Make Me Bride. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Make Me Bride regarding your use of our marketplace platform. By creating an account, making a booking, or simply browsing our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using the Make Me Bride platform (website or mobile app), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions
- If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately
- These terms apply to all users — customers, service providers, and visitors
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
2. User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Make Me Bride
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Each user may maintain only one account — duplicate accounts may be terminated
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately at hello@makemebride.com if you suspect unauthorised access
3. Booking & Services
- Make Me Bride is a marketplace that connects customers with independent beauty service providers
- All bookings are subject to availability and provider confirmation
- By confirming a booking, you enter into a service agreement with the selected provider
- Make Me Bride acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the service contract between customer and provider
- Service descriptions, prices, and availability are provided by the service providers and may change
- You must provide accurate event details at the time of booking
4. Payments & Pricing
- All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Payment must be made through the approved payment methods on our platform
- Make Me Bride collects a platform commission on each transaction — this is factored into the displayed price
- We use PCI-DSS certified payment gateways. We do not store your card details
- Receipts and invoices will be sent to your registered email address after successful payment
- Disputed charges must be reported within 7 days of the transaction
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booked date: full refund
- Cancellations made 3–7 days before the booked date: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the booked date: no refund
- If a service provider cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- No-shows (customer does not turn up) are treated as same-day cancellations — no refund applies
6. Service Provider Terms
- Service providers must complete identity verification and portfolio review before listing on Make Me Bride
- Providers are independent contractors — not employees of Make Me Bride
- Providers must honour confirmed bookings; repeated cancellations may result in account suspension
- Providers are responsible for the quality and professionalism of their services
- Make Me Bride reserves the right to delist providers who receive consistent negative reviews or violate our standards
- Provider earnings are settled on a weekly basis minus applicable platform commission
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Posting false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content
- Attempting to circumvent our platform by arranging off-platform payments for bookings initiated on Make Me Bride
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or service providers
- Creating fake accounts, impersonating others, or providing false information
- Scraping, hacking, or attempting to disrupt the platform's infrastructure
8. Reviews & Ratings
- Customers may leave reviews only after a completed booking
- Reviews must be honest, factual, and based on genuine experience
- Make Me Bride reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our community guidelines
- Service providers may respond to reviews professionally through the platform
- Fake reviews — positive or negative — will result in account suspension
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on Make Me Bride (logo, design, text, graphics, software) is owned by or licensed to Make Me Bride
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission
- By uploading photos or content to your profile, you grant Make Me Bride a non-exclusive licence to use this content for platform and promotional purposes
- You retain ownership of any content you upload
10. Limitation of Liability
- Make Me Bride is a marketplace platform and is not liable for the quality of services delivered by providers
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking in dispute
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
11. Governing Law & Disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh
- We encourage users to contact us first at makemebride8@gmail.com — most issues can be resolved quickly
- For unresolved disputes, arbitration may be pursued as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
